Conditions of returning money for purchased tours and excursions:

 

1. Full refunds are made only in the following cases:

 

Cancellation of the tour (excursions) by the organizer;

Transferring the tour to another date (if the date is not suitable for you).

2. If you refuse a tour (excursion) on your own initiative before the date of its start:

 

- no later than 7 working days prior to the start of the tour - we return 85% of the cost;

- from 6 to 4 working days before the start of the tour - we return 50% of the cost;

- from 3 to 2 business days before the start of the tour - we return 20% of the cost;

- less than 1 working day before the start of the tour, if you do not go on an excursion - we do not return the payment.

If the tourist or travel agent reports a valid reason for cancellation of the tour (health status, etc.) and will have proper confirmation, we reserve the right to consider partially / or in full the issue of repayment.
